Romeciti’s Natura Experiences Strong Stage One Release
Sydney developer Romeciti has sold almost 90 per cent of stage one of the $450 million Macquarie Park development, Natura.
The release of 210 stage one apartments captured strong buyer interest with 185 apartments, including the development’s ‘grand penthouse’ selection, which helped total the overall sales value at $210 million.
Featuring a total of 357 apartments, Natura boasted a design that successfully features the latest in smart luxury and efficient living and more open spaces than similar developments in the area, with more than 7,000 square metres of communal gardens and 3,000 square metres of residential amenities.
RCG Real Estate Sales Director Justin Jia said the majority of purchasers who bought dwellings at Natura were predominately home-seekers looking for somewhere to live.
Architectus was responsible for designing Natura, with living and communal space interiors designed by world-class Elenberg Fraser, and landscaping designed by Aspect Studios.
“Architectus worked on Australia’s first six green star commercial and residential project and they bring that sustainable design approach into our project as well,” Mr Jia said.“Elenberg Fraser is known for their luxurious and user-centric design, and in Natura, they introduce a ‘nature meets luxury’ style that Sydney-siders have yet to witness.
Natura is also the only residential development in Macquarie Park that boasts a perfect balanced location offering a tranquil, yet urban vibrancy. Natura is just minutes away from shopping centres, schools, transportation and conveniently close to the CBD.
It also sits right next to an all natural creek, known as a riparian corridor, which is to be complemented with leafy pedestrian walks and cycle paths.
Romeciti will announce the stage two of Natura and its Penthouses featuring the unique Rome Club services in coming weeks. A high-end golf residential master plan community in Cattai is also in planning to be launched later this year.
Natura is expected to be completed in 2020.
