ROMECITI’S 1-HECTARE ‘SUPERBLOCK’ ESTABLISHED IN EASTWOOD
The superblock located 2-8 Lakeside Rd, 1-11 Glen St, and 15-17 Glen St was rezoned as a mix-used development site. ROMECITI previously launched residential project Eastwood Central in the area, which was sold out within 2 hours. The company is expected to develop a mix of residential and commercial properties in the 1-hectre site.
Maintaining the focus to not only cater to the residents, but also to the local communities, ROMECITI expects to work meticulously with the local council to upgrade the Eastwood community with high-end apartments and retail properties. ROMECITI anticipates to develop more than 270 apartments on the site.
